Petriolo Residence is located in Peroj, near Fažana, halfway between Pola and Rovigno.
Built in a quiet position, it is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and only 800 mt far from the sea.
It enjoys a wonderful sight on Brioni Islands Sea,
the sunset is something you can’t miss!.

Petriolo Residence has been our first project.
LThe residence spread over three floors, it has 9 appartamenti between 37 and 57 m2, all of them with balconies and sea views.

The state-of-the-art construction, the attention to details and the choice of materials used reflects the pure Italian style.

The thermal cladding on all sides together with PVC salamanders of the highest quality, guaranteed perfect insulation, both acoustic and thermal.

Each apartment is equipped with intercom, SAT antenna, shatterproof doors and independent air conditioning system.
