Our new project is called Naridola, a small sea snail, very common on the rocks of the Istrian coast. It is a new three-storey building with the entire ground floor dedicated to 6 garages, while on the first and second floors we find a total of 6 apartments of about 60 Sqm. Naridola has a strategic position as it is very close to the sea, beaches and the center of Peroj, yet set back from the main road, therefore in a quiet area. Each apartment enjoys a view of the sea and the Brijuni Islands. During the design phase we paid attention to details in order to satisfy the needs of future buyers.
Gallia Residence is our latest construction (2021-2022). These are two residential buildings that are spread over three floors.
Building A has a total of 9 apartments between 32 and 49 m2 (net floor area). Ground floor apartments have a large garden, all the others with balconies and some with sea views.

The construction standard is state-of-the-art. The attention to detail and the choice of materials used reflects the Italian style.
