The building was started in February 2005 and ended in March 2006.
This is a residential building with 9 apartments in the range 37 to 57 square metres.

Ground floor apartments do not enjoy the sea view, however, they have a private garden, while first and second floor apartments have 5mq balconies facing the sea and the Brijuni Islands.
All apartments are built according to European standards, especially concerning the quality of the construction itself and the materials used. For example all sides of the building were covered by a high quality thermal coat. This technology together with the fixture Salamander PVC-type guarantee both sound and thermal excellent isolation.
