The building began in September 2008; and ended in October 2009.

This is a residential building with 3 floors and 12 apartments.

All apartments have a balcony. Three apartments for each floor is facing the sea and the Brijuni Islands.
All apartments are built according to European standards, especially concerning the quality of the construction itself and the materials used. For example all sides of the building were covered by a high quality thermal coat. This technology together with the fixture Salamander PVC-type guarantee both sound and thermal excellent isolation.
All apartments are equipped with intercom, satellite antenna, proof doors and air conditioning.
The floor is ceramic made except bedrooms where it is laminated-made.
